Meet The Team
Diana Lauritson
Diana Lauritson is a consultant, cosmopolite, culture enthusiast, and civic engagement activist.
A Midwest native, Diana currently lives in the Washington, D.C. metro area after residing in Phoenix, AZ, for nearly a decade.
Diana believes that travel is an escape, a connector, a healer, and an educator that should be accessible to everyone.
A self-proclaimed travel addict, foodie, and music snob, Diana also enjoys reading, dragging her friends on trips around the world, brainstorming business ideas, and experiencing frequent culture shock.
Eryka Gosselin
Eryka’s wanderlust was born after traveling to Europe for a graduation trip. She continued to travel throughout college and had a spiritual awakening while studying in Trinidad and Tobago, which changed her outlook on life.
Usually reserved, Eryka credits traveling for making her brave, broadening her spirituality, shaping her values and beliefs, and leading her to her purpose. She wants her experiences to inspire others to travel, break barriers, and redefine stereotypes about who the “typical traveler” should be.
To Eryka, being part of the Cosmopolite Collective means finding her tribe, meeting people who will become lifelong friends, and fulfilling her destiny.
A DC metro-area resident, Eryka is a New Englander at heart and calls Boston home.
